Moroccan Cucumber and lemon juice
Ingredients
- 1 kg of Lemon
- 4 Cucumbers
- Handful of fresh Mint Leaves
- 2.5 Liters Water or ice water
- 4 table spoons of sugar
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, peeled and cut Cucumbers, Mint, and sugar in a blender
- Strain the mixture then add ice water on the perforated utensil. Taste while adding water
Moroccan Carrots Salad
Ingredients
- ½ kg carrots
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Parsley and Coriander
- Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil
- Vinegar and Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Boil the carrots without peeling or cutting them to keep the taste
- Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes
- Put carrots in a pan add grated garlic, coriander, parsley, spices, and oils
- Cook on low heat for 5 to 10 min
- remove from the heat and add a drizzle of vinegar and a pinch of sugar to taste
Moroccan Taktouka Salad Recipe (Roasted green bell pepper)
Ingredients
- 1kg Tomatoes
- ½ kg Green Peppers
- 4 big cloves of Garlic
- Parsley and Coriander
- Paprika, Cumin, Salt, Olive Oil and Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Roast green bell peppers on the stove then let them rest for 15 min in a plastic bag
- Peel tomatoes then chop them
- Put chopped tomatoes in a pan add grated garlic, chopped coriander and parsley, spices and oils leave them cook until it thickens then turn the heat off.
- peel the roasted bell peppers then cut them into cubes then add them to the sauce then mix all
