- 2 lbs beef or lamb (sirloin, shoulder, or shanks)
- 1 Large onion
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 20g chopped Parsley and Cilantro
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Prunes
- Safran

- Sesame seeds
- Cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat a Tagine pot on medium-low heat add olive oil and chopped onion and crushed garlic. Stir until the onions soften add the beef ,and seasoning half cup of water, to avoid burning and cover, and cook on medium-low heat for minutes 45-60 add all the marmalade ingredients to a saucepan, mix, and cook over medium-low for 5 min add cup of water and let the marmalade simmer over low heat Add the marmalade to your meat tagine and mix with a wooden spatula. Next, place the eggs and fried almonds on the meat and prunes. Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds over the top.
